Designer Robert McKinley has a gift for creating rich and sensory dream worlds through textures and color. With a background that includes fashion houses Giorgio Armani and Donna Karan, McKinley prides himself on the attention to detail and creating a seminal vocabulary unique to each property. He has fashioned some of the most significant hospitality venues, including Ruschmeyer’s, Felice, Good Units, Sant Ambroeus, GoldBar, and The Surf Lodge. He is also co-owner of Ruschmeyer’s, a testament to his dedication. His work has been featured in publications like Vogue, Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Elle Décor, Interior Design, Travel + Leisure, among many others.

Javier Galindo and Salvador Frias met while studying architecture at La Paz University. They soon discovered that their shared vision and enthusiasm were well suited to a professional partnership, and in 2006 the pair formed VIRAGE Architecture Group. In 2009, California-licensed architect James Silva joined the firm after working with Galindo and Frias on the exclusive Villas del Mar development in Palmilla.
