Along cobblestone streets, there’s an intimate Todos Santos restaurant, Cafe Sante Fe. Inside, candles illuminate laughing faces and bold reds, and waiters whisk past lovers, carrying fresh caprese and roasted garlic bread. And behind the kitchen doors, put their passion into every dish.
Paula and Ezio first met at a restaurant in Cabo. He, an Italian, and she, a New Yorker, fell in love with the flavor of Mexico—the terrain, spices, and people were intoxicating. On a date to Todos Santos, they both saw a future in each other and in the charming town. Together, they opened an authentic Italian restaurant using fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. And it’s been an international culinary icon for over 24 years.
You can’t help but fall in love with their story after watching the video. Paula and Ezio embody the rich heritage and love that define the people of Todos Santos.
